Processing & Handling Time

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from the Philippines. Orders are shipped out every Thursday. To be included in that week's dispatch, your order must be placed by Monday. Orders placed Tuesday onwards will be shipped the following Thursday.

During launches, restocks, or holiday periods, dispatch may be delayed by up to 10 business days.

Orders containing holographic items require additional handling time of 5–7 business days on top of the standard schedule above.

Domestic Shipping (Philippines)

Orders within the Philippines are shipped via J&T Express. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. At checkout, international customers can choose between two shipping options:

Registered Mail (via local post office) — tracked, more economical. Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days (US, Asia, Australia) or 20–25 business days (Rest of World)
DHL — tracked, faster and more reliable for time-sensitive orders. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

These are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. Rob Cham Studio has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
